But can you do?
include "regional governorates" and "Omnipotence communal" our country seems to revive a new Middle Ages? And say that it was mainly left to want these reforms to the local governments who are slowly transforming our beautiful region and its cities in real estates where the "gentleman" of his subjects turn proposes rules and taxes.
As a consequence the fiscal federalism could aggravate the problem and our beautiful country will risk to fall again in the wars between the municipalities in the face of the "country system".
And all this while in Europe goes crazy this global economic crisis that threatens to sweep whole states! And you imagine how many will be able to resist these little "fiefdoms" in the wind of crisis?
Italians! People of saints and sailors believe the time is coming back again to plow the sea is not looking for "unknown lands" (there are) but simply the best and safest beaches to stay.
